It was my first time visiting this office and I just have to say the service was exceptional. The doctors were welcoming and very patient, the assistants were kind and very detailed about the process. What really sold me was Jamie, the office manager. She was like a ray of sunshine, always smiling and starting up a conversation about anything. She was very professional and to the point but in a nice, welcoming kind of way. Everyone that works in this office is very friendly and professional. I first came in after not having dental insurance for a while, and it had been years since my last dentist visit, and they did a consultation visit to see what needed to be done. They made what is normally an unpleasant experience (cavities and crowns) quick and painless.
Forever Dental on Archer is awesome! I’ve had nothing but great encounters with Dr. Patel and all support staff.
