Your night guard is a breeding ground for bacteria, plaque, and tartar if not cleaned properly. Neglecting its cleanliness can lead to oral health issues like bad breath, tooth decay, and gum disease. Cleaning your nightguard is a simple yet crucial step in your oral hygiene routine.

Step-by-Step Cleaning Guide

Daily Cleaning

Rinse Immediately After Use: As soon as you remove your nightguard in the morning, rinse it under lukewarm water. This step removes the immediate buildup of saliva and plaque.
